3.2 Card sorting (open & closed)

I’m working on a project about [describe your domain/product/idea]. I want to use card sorting to inform navigation and IA design. Can you help me with: 1. Designing an open card sort activity with example categories. 2. Designing a closed card sort activity with predefined categories. 3. Suggesting 6–8 sample items to test in the card sort. 4. Explaining how to analyze and apply the results. Format it as a facilitation guide I can reuse.
