1.07 Empathy maps

I’m working on a project about [describe your domain/product/idea]. I want to create empathy maps to better understand users’ thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Can you help me with: 1. Creating 1–2 empathy maps with quadrants (Says, Thinks, Does, Feels). 2. Filling each quadrant with realistic examples based on the problem context. 3. Highlighting patterns or tensions between what users say vs. what they actually do. 4. Suggesting how these empathy maps can inform design decisions. Format the output in a clear, structured way so I can copy it into documentation.
