1.06 Personas & Jobs-to-Be-Done

I’m working on a project about [describe your domain/product/idea]. I want to create personas and define jobs-to-be-done (JTBD) to capture user motivations and contexts. Can you help me with: 1. Creating 2–3 personas that include demographics, goals, frustrations, and behaviors. 2. Writing JTBD statements (format: When [situation], I want to [motivation], so I can [outcome]). 3. Highlighting key needs and decision drivers for each persona. 4. Showing how these personas/JTBD can guide design decisions. Format the output so I can directly use it in project documentation.
